Wow! Absolutely fantastic! Everything about this AirB&B experience was top-notch. The house was beautiful and fantastically appointed. The photos don't do the location justice! Absolutely stunning location. Mountain views out every window. Even got to see a Moose walk through the back yard one morning! Felt like we were on a private resort despite being only minutes from town. We were a group of 12 adults and every one of us loved the house. All I can say is, if this house is on your radar, you can NOT go wrong with booking it!

Stayed with a large group to get some skiing done at Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail. A great home that's perfect for large groups!

10 STARS! Home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The home was as described, clean and accommodated our group perfectly. Host was friendly, responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Colorado.

5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around. This was my second time staying at this amazing place and we were still amazed. The house is super clean, full of amenities, incredible views, just perfect. If you want an excellent place close to everything I could not recommend a better place to stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

This home was just as beautiful as pictured, located in a great spot close to downtown Breck and not that far of a drive to Frisco/Dillon/Silverthorne. The home contained anything a lot of amenities during our stay, such as stocked with kitchen cookware, rainy day options with many games to choose from, and even humidifiers in each room for those not acclimated to the dry climate. Hosts were also quick to respond with any questions

What an AMAZING location for our family vacation! The views are outstanding and the outdoor play set was by far the winner among our group of kiddo’s! Our favorite home in Breckenridge! We can’t wait to return!

This home is wonderful!! The house was spacious for our group and the kids absolutely LOVED the playhouse and play area. We loved venturing out to the stream and didn't have enough time in our 5 days to enjoy everything! I could have sat in the living room staring out at the gorgeous mountain view for days. Karen and family were super quick to respond to any questions in the planning process or during our visit. We highly recommend this home and can't wait to come back again!

Perfect mountain home - stunning views, gorgeous interior, family friendly! Our stay at Swan River Retreat was absolutely wonderful. The home is spacious yet cozy, boasts magnificent views, and is beautifully decorated and designed. Everything was thoughtfully organized and labeled making us feel immediately at home. Our young children loved the play room off the kitchen and spent hours in the outdoor playhouse and playground. The location is convenient, only minutes from the Breckenridge slopes and Frisco shopping and activities. We can’t wait to stay here again for our next ski trip!

Our group of 9 had a wonderful first class experience at this beautiful mountain home. We booked it for a week during ski season and liked it so much that 4 of us returned again in September to enjoy it some more.
The spotless home is equipped with many top of the line amenities and it felt like a luxury hotel but with the homeyness, privacy, and roominess of a personal vacation residence. It was a perfect setup for our ski outing. It's a short drive to the Breck slopes and also convenient when we branched out to Copper and Keystone. We returned home each day to boot dryers, steam shower, hot tub, gas grill, and multimedia entertainment. The huge three car garage made for easy in and out despite nightly snowfall.
On our Fall trip we enjoyed proximity to area mountain trails, including the fun pathway on the property going past the fire pit and down to the river. We appreciated the easy access to Breck and Frisco restaurants/shopping when we weren’t enjoying the great views, backyard deck with pond and fountain, pool table and huge well-equipped gourmet kitchen.
We are already starting to make plans for 2019.

Thank you Dave and Sarah Frye for another fabulous week of skiing and enjoying your beautiful Swan River Retreat home! We could not ask for a better vacation spot than Swan River Retreat. After a long day of skiing, it is great to pull straight into the 3 car garage and leave our boots and gloves on the dryer. We appreciated the bench in the large mud room very much…and the baskets and cubbies for each guest. It was fun to discover new art and new carpeting in the bedrooms since our visit two years ago. The luxurious house is like brand new! Finally, we can’t say enough about the hot tub! After a day on the slopes, what fun it is to relax under the stars while the hot tub jets make sure we are fit to ski again the next day! We felt so lucky to spread out as a group of five in a home built for 15! Hope to visit again! Love! Love! Love!

I'm absolutely in love with the Swan River Retreat. The property is truly unique, beautiful spacious home with a great view of the mountains. The large deck is a vacation in itself for your early morning coffee. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is stocked with all the supplies, pictures on the cabinet to help you find what you need. It has a cozy beautiful interior, comfy beds, everything is very clean and there's easy access to town activities. The decorations, amenities, layout, location and design just couldn't be better. It's a great place to use as a base for Breckenridge skiing, shopping or sightseeing but also an excellent place to do absolutely nothing. Would definitely recommend anyone staying at this beautiful home. It's a gem.

Beautiful house, minutes from downtown Breckenridge. With 5 bedrooms, it's perfect for a ski trip, a family getaway, or a big group. There's a playground & playhouse for kids & beautiful views of the mountains. I'll definitely come back.
